Withdrawal and Refund Policy

UPEACE-HRC Withdrawal and Refund Policy

  1. Participants to UPEACE-HRC programmes (whether online courses, professional development online diplomas, or others) are required to pay their tuition in advance as detailed in their admission acceptance letters prior to beginning of the programme.
  2. Once the tuition has been paid and received, no refunds can be issued to students for any reason whatsoever.
  3. If an enrolled participant is unable to begin an individual course in the cycle to which they have been accepted, they may request deferral to the next cycle (the following calendar year) of the specific course by emailing hrc@upeace.org. This request will be accepted only if it is made prior to the completion of the second week of the course to which the participant has been admitted.
  4. Thereafter, deferal requests to the subsequent cycle (the following calendar year) will be accepted subject to payment of an administrative fee of USD 250. The same amount of administrative fee will be applicable for every request for deferral to subsequent cycles.
  5. A participant may withdraw from a course or diploma programme if needed by emailing hrc@upeace.org, but no refund will be made.
  6. The aforesaid policy shall also apply to deferral requests for individual modules within a participant’s professional development diploma cycle.
